On the underside is a power switch, as well as a compartment to replace the battery (a common LR44 button cell, which can be obtained for pennies if you know where to look). Arrives with a fresh battery installed, all ready to tingle.
This novelty uses a "brushbot" motor. On a track or a rough surface it'll move forward, but on a smooth surface it typically just spins in a circle. So keep in mind this item is meant to be enjoyed more as a tingly, gimmicky sculpture than a kinetic toy.
